Gift packaging

A friend who celebrated her birthday recently absolutely loves my chewy meringues so I made her a packet of them when we had breakfast together. I used my Nesties to make a lable for the bag.

Have a fun day!

World Card Making Day 2010

Michelle taught us how to recycle chocolate pudding tubs into a pretty gift container for sweets by adding a couple of strips of card and a few punched flowers.

World Card Making Day 2010

On World Card Making Day 2010 Corinna Lengner presented a folded box and lid, quick and easy to make with no glue except to stick the bases into the box.

I just have to share this wonderful quote that found recently.
"Your friends are the fruitcake of your life - some are nutty, some are soaked in alcohol, some firm, some sweet, but all together, great to have in your life!"
Have a wonderful day!

World Card Making Day 2010

Thank goodness the weekend is nearly here!  Our children started the last school term of the year this week and we had the Grade 7 fashion show on Wednesday night.  It was such fun!  The theme was Elements and each child had to design, make or alter an outfit to wear.  It made for a really entertaining evening!

Today I am sharing photo's of the project that I presented for World Card Making Day. This gift packaging is really quick and easy to make and lovely to use for chocolates, soaps etc.  We  also made a quick card to go with the gift box.

Have a great weekend!

Pizza box and circular card

Another fabulous idea from WCMD. This time Gail used her Scor-Pal to show us how to make a mini pizza box which contained a gorgeous circular card made with the Nestabilities and Cuttlebug. This would make a stunning teacher's present if you filled the box with cards for teachers to use.
