Birthday card

Happy Monday to everyone, another grey day today - spring is sure very slow in coming to Cape Town.

This card is made using an old photographic slide. I removed the negative and painted the frame with metallic craft paint and mounted it onto the background with foam tape. The background is stamped with Great Impressions stamps and sponged, it has been matted onto 4 layers of cardstock. The card is finished off with bronze organza ribbon and a little flower embellishment.
